Jay underwent his Articles with a medium sized firm in Central London and qualified with first time passes as a Chartered Accountant in 1991. Jay has over 30 years of experience in practice, having acted for a wide range of individuals, SME’s and UK subsidiaries of International companies on all aspects of accounting and tax issues. Jay also has extensive experience in dealing with complex business structures and tax compliance including investigation and enquiry work. During his little spare time, Jay enjoys playing badminton and is a keen Tottenham supporter.
Alex trained and qualified from a Top 50 city firm as Audit Manager and brings over 20 years of experience with him, having acted for a wide range of companies from sole traders to European subsidiaries of well-known technology companies listed on overseas stock exchange. With his extensive experience with Far East clients, Alex is well placed to offer advice to overseas established businesses on the unique issues that they often face, ranging from business planning and inward investment, through to UK compliance and group audits. Alex spends his spare time with his wife and 2 kids and enjoys the highs and lows of being an Arsenal supporter.
Darrell qualified in 1996 having worked for a Central London practice, progressing to Audit and Tax Manager in under 5 years. Darrell is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a full audit practising certificate to carry out audits in the UK. Darrell has a wealth of experience gained over 25 years of providing a bespoke personal service to various companies.
